Shrimp creole is a dish of Louisiana Creole origin (French and Spanish heritage), consisting of cooked shrimp in a mixture diced tomatoes, the “holy trinity” of onion, celery and bell pepper, spiced with pepper sauce seasoning, and served over steamed or boiled white rice. Our Shrimp Creole does not come with rice. You will have to prepare that yourselves. Each order comes with 32 oz. or 2 pounds of product. Feed 4-8 servings depending on serving size. Enjoy!
